Waivers
All individuals participating in any event at American Obstacle must have a signed release prior to participation. Waiver forms for children under 18 years of age must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions will be made.

The waiver allows you to declare that you:

   • are qualified, in good health and in proper physical condition

   • not pregnant
   • understand there are risks of serious bodily injury
   • release, discharge, and agree not to sue American Obstacle

Download the appropriate waiver and print it out. Make sure that you read it carefully, fill out the information, initial (if needed) and sign the document.

Reminder: You will have to have a waiver completed and signed for each participant.
